Del Hart
Co-Founder and Director
Del brings over 30 years of business leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience across multiple industries in both New Zealand and the UK, where she spent two decades.
-
After returning to New Zealand, Del co-founded and grew a successful building company. More recently, she founded The Refinery Room — a clinic recognised for its results-driven, technology-led treatments and strong focus on care that is practical, credible, and client-centred.
-
With a long-standing personal interest in holistic and integrative health, Del values approaches that look beyond symptoms and support the body as a whole. Her own health experiences shaped a strong belief in combining traditional understanding with emerging, evidence-informed therapies that are carefully chosen and responsibly delivered.
-
At Cellara, Del plays a central role in business strategy, the client experience, and the careful selection of technologies and treatments offered within the clinic. Known for her practical mindset and high standards, she takes a thoughtful and measured approach to every decision.
-
Originally from the Waikato, Del is a mother to three daughters – including co-founder Stacey – and a proud grandmother to four grandchildren. Known within the clinic for her warmth and sense of humour, she brings energy and personality to the team, helping create an environment where people feel welcome and supported.
-
Outside of work, Del enjoys spending time with her family and river walks with Milo, her much-loved high-maintenance labradoodle, whose name was chosen by her granddaughter for the chocolate colour of his coat.
