ABOUT CELLARA

A different kind of healthcare experience

To the left on the countertop, a bottle of hand soap or lotion with a black pump, resting on a piece of white coral. The background is a plain, light-colored wall.

At Cellara, we believe healthcare should feel calm, thoughtful, and deeply human.

Appointments should feel unrushed. Information should be explained clearly. And people should feel supported - not just during treatment, but throughout their journey. Cellara was created to offer a different kind of healthcare experience.

One that brings together medical care, modern wellness, and genuine human connection in a way that feels coordinated, personalised, and grounded in trust.

Because health is not just about symptoms.
It’s about understanding the whole person.

The Story Behind Cellara

Cellara was born from a shared vision.

Each of us had been working in our own fields - medicine, wellness technology, and client care - supporting people in different ways. Over time, we began to notice the same pattern.

People were moving between services.
Seeing different professionals.
Trying different treatments.

But often without continuity.
Without clarity.
And without connection.

We believed there was a better way.

A way to bring expertise together under one roof.
A way to create a space where care feels joined-up, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive.

A place where people feel safe to ask questions, take their time, and understand what is happening in their own bodies.

That belief became Cellara.

Not just a clinic.
A collaboration.

A new model of care.

The People Behind Cellara

our team

Cellara is led by three co-founders who share a commitment to delivering care that is professional, collaborative, and centred around people.

We came together with a shared vision -  to create a healthcare experience that feels thoughtful, connected, and genuinely supportive.

While our backgrounds span medicine, wellness technology, and frontline care, our purpose is the same:  to deliver care that is considered, professional, and person-centred.

Our Values

Everything we do at Cellara is guided by a small set of clear principles.

What the Name Cellara Means

The name Cellara reflects the foundation of our philosophy, bringing together two ideas that sit at the heart of how we approach health. It represents a belief that wellbeing begins within the body, and that meaningful change happens over time through thoughtful, supported progress.

Cell

Represents cellular health – the understanding that true wellbeing begins at the smallest level within the body. It reflects our focus on metabolism, energy, recovery, and longevity, supporting the body in ways that promote sustainable, long-term health.

ara

A word used in Te Reo Māori meaning path or journey. It reflects the idea that health is not a single event, but a process that unfolds step by step over time. It also speaks to connection, growth, and helping people feel informed, supported, and confident in the direction they are taking.

Together, the name Cellara represents a simple but powerful idea

Health begins at the cellular level, and lasting change happens along the journey.

This meaning guides everything we do – from the way we listen, to the way we design care, to the way we support people over time.
